Recently, a lot has been heard about the many problems faced by airlines. More strikes at Ryanair, but also at LOT. In the meantime, a new airline is being built in Poland.
Lauda Air
Lauda Air is an Austrian airline that was established in 1979. Its founder is the former racing driver, three-time world champion Niki Lauda. The main hub for these airlines is the airport of Vienna, Schwechat.
First flight
Lauda airlines decided to enter the Polish market. On October 28, tvn24bis.pl writes, the first flight on the Krakow-Vienna route will take place. As it turns out, this will be the only direction in Poland for the time being that will be performed by the indicated airlines.
Flight schedule
The Krakow airport and its authorities have announced that for the time being there are planned four flights a week on the Krakow-Vienna route. They will be performed on such days as: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The flight will take up to an hour.

Raynair and its shares
The low-cost airline Laudamotion has had many ups and downs throughout its history, like many companies we know. It is actually a former airline called Niki that was founded in 2003. Former Formula 1 driver Niki Lauda bought the carrier from other bankrupt airlines this year. Interestingly, Ryanair currently owns as much as 75% of Loudamotion's shares.
