Twitter account was created to tell the story of a terrorist attack in a different way than traditional media.
- It's unpleasant to face the past again, says a Utøya survivor.

Vegard Grøslie Wennesland is one of the survivors of the terrorist attack on Utøya ten years ago. He was hiding in Skolestua na Utøya along with nearly 40 other party members.

Together with another survivor from Utøya, Torunn Kanutte Husvik and Marthe Lund, he created a Twitter account @aldriglemme. The last one collaborated with the crisis management of the Labor Party after the terrorist attack.

- We're tweeting the incidents of July 22 as they happened ten years ago, explains Wennesland.

Will provide "live updates"

Like many others on Utøya, Wennesland has witnessed some gruesome scenes. He saw the murderer murder five or six party members. Twitter account @aldriglemme also has news of living and deceased AUF members.

The idea is for those who follow the account to have a transmission of events and emotions that took place on the island of Utøya.

- We do it so that people do not forget. Neither the act of terrorism nor its brutality, but most importantly: do not forget about those who died that day.

In the days leading up to July 22nd, the account will be updated several times a day.

- But July 22 will be the apogee of information. I think we will spread up to several hundred messages on Twitter. And if you enable notifications from your account, it will be a very close and powerful experience. I think this may be the most powerful way to convey the attack to people who have not experienced the terror themselves.

Has 10 followers

Wennesland believes that recent times have shown that the brutality of the July 22 attack has been forgotten by many.

Hopefully, this account can help people not forget that they understand that it's not something that survivors will abuse to play on their emotions, but most of all to prevent this from happening again.

The account was created in July and already has 10 followers.

- We are experiencing that many see that this is strengthening and that it is another way to commemorate the attack on July 22, ten years ago.

- Necessary discomfort

One of the survivors from Utøya who had messages deleted on Twitter is Stian Valla Taraldsvik. She believes that the account is a good initiative.

`` Going back to the past is thought-provoking and uncomfortable, but it is a necessary discomfort, which in my opinion contributes to realizing what happened ten years ago, '' says Taraldsvik
