Both Telenor, Ice and Telia lost communication in the area between Bromma in Hallingdal and Eggedal on Friday morning.
- In some parts of Sigdal, especially in Eggedal, we have already reached coverage regarding the cellular network. There is no cellular coverage on County Road 297 between Eggedal and Nesbyen, says NTB's information manager Magnus Line at Telenor.
- We had teams at work last night and we know in which area to look for the fault. There was a bad working environment due to the storm, but now we have changed crews and are still working on finding and fixing the fault. It's much easier in daylight, says Line.
Emphasizes that in Telenor error correction has a high priority.
The cellular network is down
Telia and Ice also report that in there are problems in the area due to poor coverage and that bug fixes are in progress.
It's still unclear how long it will take to fix this glitch.
