The municipality of Oslo warns city dwellers that there is a fake SMS in circulation about the third dose of the vaccine.

– We have received reports that several residents have received a text message about the third dose of the vaccine, which the sender in the text box is the Municipality of Oslo. You will be asked for your social security number and name - do not reply to this message, the Municipality of Oslo writes on its website on Monday afternoon.

- We did not send this SMS, this is a fraud attempt - continues the commune.

Oslo has started offering a third dose of the vaccine to people with a severely weakened immune system. People over the age of 65 will also receive a third dose of the vaccine as a refresher dose.
