- The police are in the Vestre Aker school in connection with the student's possession of a knife. We are now talking to the staff and others involved. Nobody was hurt, everything is under control, police reported the incident on Twitter at 12.24:XNUMX PM Tuesday afternoon.

School staff notified the police of the situation. Eight minutes after the first message, school staff announced that they were in control of the student, and the police appeared shortly thereafter. Cathrine Siljum's operations manager in Oslo says they are working on clarifying the matter.

- in the first message it was reported that a student at school had a visible knife, which the rest of the students found it dangerous, says Siljum to the NTB.

Police interview witnesses to find out what the person was doing with the knife and why people perceived the situation as dangerous.

The police control an armed student. Due to the young age of this person, there will be no arrest. Siljum says the on-site patrol will conduct an in-depth conversation with the student and likely follow-up.
