Old Polish cuisine is famous for its exquisite dishes, such as Easter soup, borscht, horseradish soup, stuffed duck, pâtés, white sausage and salads. The festival is also a great opportunity to try venison, such as hare, wild boar, black grouse, pheasant or venison.
