Wrocław - the bustling city of Wrocław is the fourth largest city in Poland and the capital of the Lower Silesia Province. Originally, in the Middle Ages, it was built on several islands, today it is called the city that never sleeps like New York. Its architecture refinedly combines traditional culture with modern construction, thus becoming a universal place for people who appreciate the former elegance and contemporary aesthetics.

What should you see first?

While in Wrocław, you should definitely visit the Market Square both during the day and in the evenings. It tempts with colors and allows you to collect memories. It is an ideal place for joint recreational meetings with family, friends and even business meetings. There are many bars, restaurants and entertainment venues in the area. The city also invites you to the famous ZOO, which delights with its Africarium, recognized as the best place for attractions for children. Many exotic animals can be found there, such as the Palawan hornbills, which are on the list of endangered species. After visiting the zoo, you can go to the Centennial Hall, located nearby, where various events are organized, also to the Japanese garden, which was created with the help of the Japanese master gardener Mankichi Arai. A walk in the footsteps of Wrocław dwarfs? Why not… This is an attraction for young and old. Dwarfs are the original showpiece of the city. It's hard to pass by their trails indifferently. There have been many theories about where they came from, and one of them is that when Wrocław was still a village, gnomes helped people to run a household. In exchange for a roof over their heads and care, they repaired broken equipment and patched up worn clothes. Their friendship with the inhabitants of Wrocław continues to this day. They hide in various nooks and crannies, enjoying the presence of small and large tourists. Once a year, the September dwarf festival takes place, in which children paint houses for the dwarfs and there are festive games in their honor. One of the historic attractions is definitely the Grunwaldzki Bridge, connecting the eastern and western parts of Wrocław. It impresses with its simplicity and austerity. From the bridge you can admire the beautiful view of Ostrów Tumski and go for a long walk along the Odra River along the promenade. One of the most popular monuments is also the Basilica of Saint Elizabeth, also known as the Elizabethan Parish, located in the vicinity of the Main Market Square, and the White Stork Synagogue.
