The weapon was handed over to Ukraine to help defend it against the Russian invasion.

- Ukraine has begun asking for military equipment since the invasion. It is needed so that it can defend itself against Russian forces attacking both civilian and military targets. Norway, like several other countries, has responded with an additional donation of anti-tank weapons that can be used against invasions, says Defense Minister Odd Roger Enoksen.

Ukraine depends on the support of other countries

Brutal Russia's war hit Ukraine hard and its civilian population, and the Government of Norway strongly condemns Russia's attacks.

- Ukraine depends on the support of other countries to continue its opposition to Russia's attacks in violation of international law. If Ukraine manages to repel Russia's attack, it will ensure both Ukraine's sovereignty and help maintain the standards of peaceful conflict resolution and respect for borders in Europe, says the Minister of Defense.

The weapons have already been sent to Ukraine.
