Tickets purchased before the change

If you bought your ticket before January 31, please remember to activate it by April 30, 2021 at the latest. After April 30, tickets that are not activated will expire and cannot be used. If you don't have time to use your ticket, your money will be refunded for up to one year from the date of purchase.

Why are prices changing?

The router introduces an annual price increase to cover the cost of public transport as a result of rising prices for services elsewhere in society. Prices will slightly increase for all types of tickets and in total this represents 2,7% of Ruter tickets sales. Ticket revenues go entirely to public transport in Oslo and parts of Viken (formerly Akershus).
