To date, nearly 7,8 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered. The Norwegian Medicines Agency has so far received 34 reports of suspected side effects.
18 entries were processed. 739 reports of side effects were classified as serious and 3023 were classified as harmless, reports Norwegian Drug Agency .
If the vaccinated person develops severe coronary heart disease 1-2 weeks after vaccination, this is considered an adverse reaction to vaccination. So far, 32 cases have been reported where fully vaccinated people have been diagnosed with coronavirus between two weeks and seven months after the last dose was given.
To date, 210 death reports that took place in a time context have been analyzed. Most of the deaths were related to elderly people in need of care and residents of nursing homes.
The Norwegian Medicines Agency emphasizes that the fact that a person dies immediately after vaccination does not necessarily mean that there is a causal link.
There have been nine deaths in fully vaccinated people diagnosed with the coronavirus. The average age of the deceased was 89 years.
