Coronavirus in May - regional easing of restrictions ...
Today another conference on the Lockdawn in Poland took place. We can now officially inform you. The government is loosening the restrictions, but regionally. All changes were announced by the Minister of Health, Adam Niedzielski. These modifications will take effect on April 26. But not everywhere, only in 11 voivodships. Pupils in grades XNUMX-XNUMX of primary school will return to hybrid teaching. What does it mean? Half of the week of study will be remote, half of the week at school… Contact with peers is very important. It is worth noting that hairdressers and beauty salons will be opened. The following regions are excluded from this: Dolnośląskie, Śląskie, Opolskie, Wielkopolskie and Łódzkie. The situation is still difficult there.
What does the minister say?
The minister confirms that the situation is improving - but we still need to be careful.
“It can be said that we are behind us when it comes to the number of new infections in this third wave. Also behind us, it seems we have the climax of hospitalization about two weeks ago. This hospital infrastructure, which is fighting covid, is now somewhat relieved, but in both of these situations it has to be made very clear that both the infection rate and the level of hospitalization remain very high at all times. A detailed plan of various sectors of the economy will be presented next week. It will assume the restoration of the catering and hotel industry, communion and weddings.
