- 1. This document describes the Privacy Policy of Radio Wataha mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").
- 2. Aplikacja Radia Wataha (dalej “Aplikacje”), są instalowane na urządzeniach mobilnych, w szczególności na telefonach komórkowych i tabletach i po uprzednim pobraniu Application by user via the Play store (Android).
3. Using the Application requires a mobile device with Android or Windows Phone and an Internet connection in the form of an enabled data package or Wi-Fi connection. - 4. Using the Application does not require providing any personal data. The Applications do not store any personal data that could enable a third party to identify a specific Application user.
- 5. If you do not accept the rules Privacy Policy please do not install the Application or uninstall it. Permanently deleting the Application from your mobile device is tantamount to terminating the use of the Application.
- 6. Privacy Policy is only supplementary to the privacy policy of the Google Play Store, Apple Appstore and Microsoft Store. Radio Wataha bears no responsibility for the privacy policy implemented by entities managing the Google Play store, Apple Appstore and Microsoft Store applications and their compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119 of 2016, pp. 1-88), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018.1000) and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws 2017.1219) within the Google Play store, Apple Appstore and Microsoft Store.
