In the 6th episode of the program entitled "Poles are building Norway" by Paweł Boruń, the HMS/KS System Soluton Leder program was discussed. The software is used to manage construction projects and supports such processes as e.g. preparation of the necessary documentation, working time management and other activities taking place in a given company. Login and structure of the administration panel
HMS / KS Soluton Leder System is an on-line software. Thanks to this, the client gains access to it from anywhere in the world - we do not need to have the device on which the program was installed with us. The login is always an e-mail address, and the password is generated by everyone on their own. In the login window, we can choose the language version of the program. The following languages are currently available: Polish, Norwegian, English and Lithuanian.
After logging into the system, we see the administration panel. On the left side there is a menu from which we can directly go to the following functionalities: project, employees, checklists, documents, working time, calendar, employee activity, working time report, my profile, my company and help.

Getting started with the program
The first step to start working with HMS / KS System Soluton Leder is to add employees to the database. We can achieve this by completing a data form in which information is provided, such as name, surname, e-mail address, address, position held, construction card number and many more. An interesting functionality is the fact that after determining the e-mail address, the employee will receive a message with a link to his inbox, which will allow him to set a password for his profile in the program. It is possible to limit its access to the program to one of three parts: project management, work time management and full access to all functionalities.

Adding a new project
After adding employees, create a new project. To do this, click on the "Projects" tab, select "Current" from the drop-down list, and then press "+" in the upper right corner. A form for entering information about the newly created project will open. At this stage, all basic construction data are determined, e.g. address, building permit, project manager or construction manager.
After creating a project, it is possible to assign employees delegated to the task. After defining them, we get access to a window where we can create checklists, deviations, add photos and forms, as well as all other issues necessary from the point of view of construction management. Importantly, we fill out all documents in Polish, but we can generate them in Norwegian. This not only saves a lot of time, but also money.

Managing employees' working time
Apart from completing documentation, an important functionality of the program is time management. Moreover, all employees have access to information assigned to their profiles. It is the equivalent of paper attendance lists. From the employer's point of view, the greatest benefit is the fact that such documents will not be damaged or lost - everything is available in the HMS / KS System Soluton Leder database.
