The times we live in force us to race for a beautiful, slim, athletic figure. Often in all of this, we forget about our health. The rush of everyday life makes other things more important than a meal, which provides our body with energy and nutrients.

We should eat in order not to gain weight

Few people know that by not eating, we increase the risk of obesity. An important element of our daily menu is a nutritious breakfast. If we are people who skip this meal, we must know that the risk of obesity increases by as much as 35-50%. Breakfast should be consumed no later than an hour after we wake up.

Breakfast - why is it so important?

Taking into account the work mode of almost all of us, we statistically eat our last meal around 21-22, and a moment later we go to bed. We get up around 6 am, so 7 hours have passed since the last meal. If we are people who do not have the habit of eating breakfast, and we only eat the first meal around 10, about 4 hours should be added to this result. The sum is 11-12 hours since we last ate. Omitting or delaying consumption of this meal slows down our metabolism, and the body conducts a sparing energy economy.
We often wonder why we are lethargic, tired, irritable and why we are getting fat. The reason is the lack of a nutritious breakfast.

What to eat?

If we do not have time to prepare a healthy, nutritious breakfast, we must remember that it is better to eat anything than NOTHING. We can eat a sandwich, yoghurt or porridge. On days when we have more time, reward ourselves with a filling breakfast.

Benefits of Eating Breakfast

- the energy necessary for the functioning of our body
- acceleration of metabolism
- no feeling of hunger
- improving concentration
- reduced risk of obesity
- reduced risk of coronary artery diseases and type 2 cyclics
