It was just innocent cleaning of the garden

The plan was to cut the grass and collect the branches that were lying on the property, and then burn them. First, the woman had to cut the grass from the sandbox, which she did. A moment later, she noticed a few sticks left in the depths of the garden, which she decided to go for. “The pile was quite large, because in my opinion it was about a meter high. I had a bucket of water ready and I made the decision to light a fire, ”the woman explained today in the Namdal District Court, because just this morning, the trial in this case began.

Humility and understanding

The accused is a student and even if she is convicted and forced to pay compensation, she will have nothing to pay for it. This information was emphasized several times today by the defender of the woman Siw Bleikvassli. In addition, the woman faces a year in prison. She herself believes that the fault is on her side, but she did not do it deliberately and hopes that the court will take this factor into account and consequently moderate the sentence.
