Raphael Samuel, 27, an Indian businessman wants to sue his parents for giving birth to him without his consent. The man believes that people should not bear children because they condemn them to suffering that accompanies us throughout our lives.

Is this lawsuit nonsense?

For many people, this whole situation may seem quite strange, but it is really happening. Raphael Samuel wants to sue his parents for giving birth to him without his consent. In an interview with the BBC, the man said that he was aware of the impossibility of making any decision by an unborn person, but as he added, "since we did not ask to be born, we should be paid for it."

The man's parents are full of admiration

It would seem that there would be nothing more strange in the whole of history, but there is! Raphael Samuel wants to take his parents to court and get compensation from them for giving birth to him without his consent, and what do his parents think about all this? It turns out that the man's mother and father are lawyers and they admire their son's stubbornness and perseverance. His mother informs "if he can come up with a rational explanation for how we could get his consent to be born, I will accept the blame."
