Working conditions in Oslo - the aim of the project?
We work in Norway. We often do hard work on the construction site. Do we know our rights? Sometimes not. Can we fight for decent employment conditions? It happens differently. The goals of the Fair Play Bygg Oslo project are primarily:
- strengthening employment security - an employee works better and more efficiently when he is sure that he will not lose his job in a moment.
- creating work regulations - general and on every construction site,
- awareness support employees regarding their rights at work,
- compliance with health and safety regulations,
- compliance with safety rules on the construction site - clothing and security,
- improving the amount of remuneration in the industry - preventing delays in payments.
