We observe violent behavior in Oslo on an increasing scale. Only last Saturday night there were 20 cases of violence. The next day - on Sunday, the criminal services of the Oslo police district informed the NTB news agency that the data we are talking about is not complete. As it turned out, this was not their first criminal activity.

Violence in Oslo - Don't Wait, Take Action!

Politicians are of the same opinion - specific moves are a necessity. On Monday, the Minister of Justice met with the chairman of the Oslo City Council, Raymond Johansen (Ap) - the topic of the meeting is the aforementioned crime. On Sunday, Johansen confirmed in an interview with Aftenpsoten that he will do everything possible to improve the work of the Norwegian police.

“I need to make sure that there are enough dedicated police resources in Oslo that do a good job of preventing. I want to make sure that police officers are present throughout the city and that they can assure the public that they have control over what is happening in the capital." -Johansen said on TV 2.

Strengthening preventive actions is a must ...

Violence in Oslo. The problem is the small financial support of the City Council for the prevention team. The team of people carrying out preventive checks must increase, not in a few months or a year. Changes need to be made now. The prevention department needs to work efficiently. Let's hope that we will be able to feel safe again in Norway soon.
