According to Norwegian law, only two transport companies have a license to transport passengers on the route from Oslo-Torp airport, Drammen and the capital of Norway. These are: Unibuss Express and Paulsen. Meanwhile, the reality is that other companies also serve this route. In the opinion of licensed carriers, these companies operate illegally. One of these companies is the Polish-Norwegian Polish and Norwegian Services AS. This company covers, among others: Miami Bus. The company has a permit to transport passengers, but not on the above-mentioned route. This company, as a result of protests from licensed carriers, was put under surveillance by the... Labor Inspection.

Since the beginning of this year, Statens vegvesen has been closely monitoring the activities of the Polish-Norwegian shipping company. This audit revealed a number of irregularities. It has been shown that the company's drivers receive far too low hourly wages. Also, overtime wages are not paid. We have no information on the technical condition of the vehicles that the company has at its disposal.

Polish buses in the spotlight? In response to the allegations, Polish and Norwegian Services issued a statement. The company announces that none of the allegations concerning its operation are true. Additionally, the management board of Polish and Norwegian Services ensured that it would provide all materials that would confirm the company's position. All the time, however, there was no official comment on the matter from the company, but only an assurance that it was functioning properly.
