Try service codes (Android, iOS)
MMI codes will help you detect wiretaps and irregularities on your phone.
Enter the code *#21# on the smartphone screen and you will find out whether calls and messages from your phone are forwarded to another number. If this is the case, you will see it on the screen.
Enter the code * # 62 # and you will find out where calls are redirected when your phone is turned off or you are out of range. Don't panic immediately when a foreign number appears on the screen as this will most likely be your voicemail number. However, make sure that it is really so. Check the number in the search engine or call your operator.
By entering the code * # 67 # you will check if your call is being forwarded to another number.
## 002 # This code should disable all redirects on your phone number.
Check Android device administrators
By checking the list of administrators, you will find out which applications have permissions to manage your phone.
Open Phone Settings and type "Device Administrators" into the search box. You can also select: Settings >> Security >> Device Administrators. * On the list you will see applications that have administrator status. If you have suspicions about an application and you find that it does not come from the manufacturer of the device or software, be sure to limit its permissions or consider removing it altogether.
