Employers must submit information through the solution so that employees do not have to submit applications. The solution calculates compensation and reimbursement at the same time, and decisions are sent to both parties after a few seconds. More information on how the solution works can be found at nav.no

The dismissal may take place within 3 working days after the employer uses the solution. NAV covers the remuneration for dismissal from the 3rd to the 20th day of the dismissal, up to a maximum of 18 days. Employer reimbursement.
Employers who spread their wages among the dismissed workers will receive a reimbursement of up to 6G. The decision is sent to the employer's inbox. The deadline for applying for a refund is August 31, 2020
