The solution for wage compensation for dismissed workers and reimbursement to employers is now available on nav.no.
Employers must submit information through the solution so that employees do not have to submit applications. The solution calculates compensation and reimbursement at the same time, and decisions are sent to both parties after a few seconds. More information on how the solution works can be found at nav.no
Lønnskompensasjon-Wage compensation for the dismissed employees
The dismissal may take place within 3 working days after the employer uses the solution. NAV covers the remuneration for dismissal from the 3rd to the 20th day of the dismissal, up to a maximum of 18 days. The dismissed person is entitled to full remuneration of up to 6G for the days NAV must cover. For more information on wage compensation for dismissed, see nav.no
Employer reimbursement.
Employers who spread their wages among the dismissed workers will receive a reimbursement of up to 6G. The decision is sent to the employer's inbox. The deadline for applying for a refund is August 31, 2020

The wage compensation received in your account is lower than your normal wage payment because:
The salary is paid for a maximum of 18 days, which is less than the normal salary.
The maximum withdrawal limit is 6G.
Payroll tax will be deducted according to the tax table.
