The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has extended the temporary fee exemption for people who fall ill and fail to appear for driving examinations until September 30, 2021. Inclusive.
Waiver of fees for examinations on driving license
Norwegian Board Public Roads waives fees for driving tests that had to be completed between June 15, 2020 and September 30, 2021 inclusive. Even if the cancellation deadline has passed or the applicant has failed to appear for the driving test.
Those who have a reason and time to cancel classes in a timely manner should do so
– We do not want people with symptoms of respiratory infections, sick or in quarantine to feel obliged to take a theoretical exam or drive a car. That is why we have granted a temporary fee waiver until September 30 inclusive, says Cathrine Håheim Andersen from Norwegian Road Administration Public.
She adds that it is good that those who have a reason and time to cancel classes on time should do so so that others can benefit from the scheduled classes instead.
