Potato pancakes. We advise how to make them relatively quickly and without problems. What we need? 1.5 kg of potatoes, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 egg, 1 onion, salt, oil for frying. The method of execution is as follows:
- Wash the potatoes, peel them, cook them,
- drain the potatoes and make a puree,
- Peel the onion, grate it and then combine it with potatoes,
- add egg, flour, salt - mix everything,
- warm up the fat well,
- create soft and round cakes, fry on both sides until light golden,
- we can serve pancakes with sugar, salt, cream.
