A 20-year-old man living in western Norway was accused of raping children under the age of 14.
The indictment was issued by the prosecutor in Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane.
From autumn 2018 to spring 2019. The man had intercourse several times with a girl under the age of 14.
He is also accused of making a girl do things that are tantamount to sexual intercourse on herself. It also led to the acquisition of sexual photos.
.
The man is also said to have abused children by exchanging messages about sexual content with them.
The ruling shows that most of the documents in the case are conditional, i.e. hidden from the accused. He is currently in custody as the court believes that if released now, he will likely destroy the evidence.
"The court relies in this connection on the fact that in the tactical part of the investigation the police will provide information after questioning children who can be easily influenced," writes the court.
Police attorney Lisa Refsnes refuses to answer any of the questions regarding the case. The man's defense attorney, lawyer Ivar Blikra, also did not answer the questions.
