NAV invites start-ups to raise funds on the labor market

NAV is looking for new solutions to prevent exclusion among young people. It invites non-profit institutions, start-ups and others to participate in the competition for further development. On Friday at doffin.no i startoff.no the "Young people on their way to work" project appeared. The project is part of the government StartOff initiative and NAV's first innovative labor market fundraising.

– Many young people find it difficult to gain a foothold in professional life. At the same time, many of them are at risk of being eliminated from the labor market for a long time. We are currently looking at various options to help more of these people find work. Among other things, we want to find out whether there are alternative ways of obtaining work than those we use today, says Director of Labor and Social Welfare Hans Christian Holte.
