The accused also attempted to recruit a 15-year-old girl for prostitution by posting her scantily clad photos on Snapchat. Here it turned out that he was selling sexual services.
The indictment also covers the dissemination of sexual images of minors. The 24-year-old got pictures of girls in underwear and posted them on Snapchat to sell escort services.
The trial in Hordaland County Court began on Wednesday. The case will take six days.
Pimping on Snapchat
In court, a man pleaded guilty to recruiting a 15-year-old woman to prostitution and partly to disseminating sexually explicit material involving minors. He has denied criminal guilt for arranging meetings between sex-shoppers and 15 and 17-year-old girls.
The man is also charged with several serious drug offenses.
