Norway accepts a covid certificate from four more countries

Four more countries are now connected to the EU solution, which is the EU Covid Certificate (also known as the covid passport). The four countries are: Serbia, New Zealand, Georgia and Moldova. Norway accepts certificates from these countries from November 17, 2021.

This means that people who are certified in these countries can document that they have been vaccinated or underwent covid-19 disease. All this in a way that can now be checked by the Norwegian authorities.

People who are fully vaccinated and who can document this with a certificate from one of these countries will be legally admitted to Norway and will be exempt from entry quarantine. These persons will also be exempt from testing upon arrival in Norway.

The condition is that people have been vaccinated with a vaccine approved in Norway. The same relief applies to travelers who have had Covid-19 in the last six months.

From June 24, Norway is connected to the EU solution for verifying certificates of other countries. Today it is the 27 EU countries. Norway also accepts a covid certificate from 21 countries outside the EU.
