A detached house in Oslo or Bærum costs almost twice as much as a detached house in Lørenskog, which ranks third in the price list.
The average prices for single-family houses in Oslo and Bærum over the last two years have been NOK 12,5 and 11,3 million respectively. By contrast, prices at Lørenskog, which ranks third on the list, were 7,8 million kronor, the office writes statistics of Norway.
For newly built single-family houses, Bærum ranks first on the list in the last two years with an average price of NOK 15,8 million. Here, Oslo ranks second on the list with NOK 13,7 million.
The most expensive houses are in Oslo and Bærum
The cheapest detached houses can be found in Vardø in Troms and in Finnmark and Røyrvik in Trøndelag. The average prices in these municipalities were NOK 550 and NOK 000 respectively.
However, most of the apartment sales in the last few years were blocks - 53 percent. Here, too, the average prices are highest in Bærum and Oslo, but the differences are not that big.
