.

If you need a coronavirus test to get certified to travel abroad, you must pay now.

We can read about it in a new letter from the Norwegian Health Directorate to municipalities.

- As for symptom-free testing, for travel purposes, for example, on vacation. This is an objective of the study that is not within the remit of Helfo. It's wise to pay for it yourself, says Deputy Health Director Espen Nakstad.

Until now, such tests were free.

“There are limited testing opportunities in some laboratories and nowadays, so it's important to prioritize those who have symptoms, or those who haven't received three doses of the vaccine, says Nakstad.

.

At the moment, such a test is not required for Poland and hopefully it will remain so. Remember, however, that if we travel to other countries from Norway, we have to find out for ourselves if there is a need to do an entry test.
