May weekend is a time that is usually associated with spring sun, warmth, blooming trees and flowers, as well as barbecues and meetings with family and friends. However, when it snows on Labor Day, May 1, it can affect plans for barbecues and meetings. And as it is not difficult to see outside the window, it is getting white because of the falling snow, at least south of Oslo. Is it like this in every part of Norway today?

We are waiting for your comments under our Facebook post.

Cold and snowy conditions can discourage people from organizing outdoor barbecues, and also affect the attendance at meetings. Many people may choose to stay indoors rather than outside to avoid the cold and snow.

However, if one is ready for such conditions, barbecues and outdoor gatherings can be a great opportunity to spend time with loved ones and friends. Warming up by the grill or fire and enjoying the company of other people can bring a lot of joy and positive emotions.

In the context of Labor Day, snowfall and cold temperatures can be a reminder of the hardships of work, especially for those whose jobs involve working outdoors in harsh weather conditions.

All in all, snowfall and cold temperatures during May Day and Labor Day may affect plans for barbecues and outdoor gatherings, but they still remain an opportunity to spend time with loved ones and friends.
