Favorable economic situation

According to Jeanette Strøm Fjære of DNB in an interview with Nettavisen, unemployment is to be expected to remain low. As a consequence, there will be greater pressure on wages, and increases will be supported by high oil prices in the world markets. These are factors that, on the one hand, allow employees to negotiate better wages, and on the other hand, they will allow companies to accept the increases.
