Sunday evening, probably many of you are already thinking about tomorrow, which is hated by most people in this world. We do not associate Monday with anything nice, because it is about getting up in the morning and going back to work, which, unfortunately, is not liked by everyone. For some time, however, this day has become associated with the possibility of starting all over again: a new week, a new me!

Motivation as a new fashion

The day that is associated with the greatest depression, but also with the greatest motivation to act, is Monday. He has been observing the changes taking place in our times for a long time and one of many is the fashion for motivations. Currently, we are flooded with content on every side that is to motivate us to change, change for the better. We have to change our lives, eating habits and more, because we should exercise and develop character. From many sides, they teach us how to build proper relationships with our husband, children and other people close to us. The shelves in bookstores are overloaded with guides that will teach you how to live, and the above-mentioned Monday has become a symbol of change. Surely you know someone around you, or maybe you have said more than once, "I'll start on Monday".

What to believe and how to actually motivate yourself?

In Poland, the school year is about to begin and in just a few days we will witness a great avalanche that will flood, among others, Facebook, namely a large number of motivational lectures. Of course, it's hard to find a country that doesn't have such events these days, but what should you keep in mind? 90% of these events, lectures, meetings, unfortunately, are nonsense that still attracts many interested people who are willing to pay a lot of money to be there. Motivation to act and to change one's life is not bad, and is essential for every human being. However, if you do not want and do not have a strong will to lose weight, go to the swimming pool, quit smoking, start writing, change jobs, etc., unfortunately even Tony Robbins or Gary Vaynerchuk will not help you.

Change

Every change supposedly leads to good things. Everyone is afraid of it, but if you don't try it, you won't see if you really like running. There is no golden advice or golden measure for success, because he has a different name for each of us, but if you want to achieve something, just start.
