Sweating is a natural thing that participates in everyone's life. Unfortunately, some people belong to the group of people who suffer from excessive sweating. Where does this problem come from?

Sweat is produced

A process otherwise known as thermoregulation. It is necessary to maintain the right body temperature in the human body. The production of sweat most often occurs at the time of any activity. It can accompany us during a leisurely walk, but also during exhausting training. When our body heats up excessively by carrying out various physical activities, the excretion of sweat cools down our system. One of the main reasons for the release of sweat is high air temperature.

Excessive sweating

Unfortunately, many people suffer from excessive sweating, which causes great discomfort in us. The reason for this behavior of our body may be, among others, high stress, kidney disease, diabetes, fever, excessive kilograms of our body, a large amount of caffeinated drinks, but also smoking. However, it is an individual matter for each of us. It often happens that we inherit excessive sweating genetically from a family member.

How is it manifested?

Sweaty palms, dewy forehead are one of the few symptoms of hyperhidrosis in the body. Our sweat glands are more active than in a person who does not complain about a given problem. The largest number of glands are found in our body on the hands, groin and around the feet and armpits. This is why we feel the greatest discomfort with the problem there.

How to deal with it?

The fact that excessive sweating is often the cause of the disease in our body means that it is our responsibility to visit a specialist immediately to locate the cause of the problem as soon as possible. However, in the case of excessive sweating not caused by any disease, a treatment is recommended. In addition, there are many specific cosmetics and medicines on the market that contain an active substance that helps to block the ducts that secrete sweat. However, if none of the medications we have used help, then a visit to the doctor is necessary to resolve the cause of the problem.
