The industry related to the construction of wind farms is constantly developing. New power plants are built. The precursor in this topic is undoubtedly Norway. These areas are in all counties - with the exception of Oppland, Oslo, Troms and Akershus.
Wind farms in Norway - a new project
The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) has launched a new offshore wind development project in Norway. The country has many places that are "friendly" to the development of wind farms. An exception is the Northern part of Norway - including windy Finnmark, famous for its reindeer farms.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that every year more and more wind farms are built. The main advantages of this solution are:

Wind farms in Norway - summary
It is worth noting that already under end of 2018 in Norway there were 610 operational wind turbines in 35 different wind farms. All these power plants produce 5,3 TWh of electricity per year. If the new project is implemented, the total estimated production will increase to 12,2 TWh.
