Aggressive behavior on the plane. Times are changing - we fly more and more. Today, the airline ticket is at your fingertips, anyone can fly. All this means that there are often people on board the plane who do not want to fully adapt to the rules prevailing on board. They show a lot of aggression. Wizz Air decided to fight this situation. A new campaign will be launched soon.

Stop the aggressive passengers on the plane!

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is implementing a special campaign "Not on My Flight". The aim of the campaign is to prevent aggressive passengers from boarding and thus ensure a smooth journey for other customers on the plane. The statistics are terrifying - many flights within the European Union are disrupted by inappropriate, aggressive and uncultivated behavior of passengers.

Cheap flights to Norway - what does the carrier say?

Aggressive behavior on the plane. A representative of Wizz Air in a special statement wrote:

“Thanks to strict airline rules and qualified personnel, the number of such situations on Wizz Air flights has remained constant in recent years, but the aviation industry in 2018 saw a total increase of 34%. compared to 2017. Even though the number of unruly passengers is very low considering the total number of people traveling by air, their actions can have an incomparably greater impact on the course of the flight and on fellow passengers. "

Flights to Norway - where do the inappropriate behavior come from?

Aggressive behavior on board airplanes is most often associated with:

  • excessive consumption of alcohol,
  • smoking in toilets,
  • rude behavior towards the flight crew,
  • non-compliance with the applicable rules and instructions of the crew.

Safe flights within the European Union - passenger travel comfort is a priority

Wizz Air ensures that passenger comfort and safety are essential.

András Radó, Corporate Communications Manager at Wizz Air, provides:

“Every passenger and crew member has the right to a safe flight, free from physical or verbal abuse. Traveling is to be an enjoyable experience and passengers should treat each other and the crew with respect. In the past year, 34 million people chose Wizz Travel on our ever-expanding low-fare network. We cannot allow the few instances of inappropriate behavior to affect customer satisfaction and the on-board experience. For this reason, we have decided to join the great EASA initiative. We also encourage our passengers to do so - just use #notonmyflight on your social media profiles. "

Aggressive behavior on the plane. International flights - what will be the future?

It should be noted that the number of daily flights across the European Union continues to increase. We fly more and more. Traveling has never been easier than before. Airlines such as Wizz Air strive to provide customers with the highest standard every day travel. Is getting better – although there are changes and modernizations are constantly ongoing. What will be the future of airlines? What will our journey through different countries be like? Time will tell…

Meanwhile, we are waiting for the results. We believe that the campaign will bring the expected results.
