It is worth remembering - the right to vote has a person who:
- is over 18 on the day of voting,
- is not deprived of voting rights,
- has not been incapacitated,
- has a valid Polish passport, and in countries where the ID card is a sufficient document to cross the border, a valid ID card; and in the case of a European Union citizen who is not a Polish citizen - a valid passport or other identity document,
- is in the voters' list.
