Shooting at the Islamic Center - how did it happen?

Everything indicates that we are dealing with a series of strange events. The attacker entered the mosque wearing a bulletproof vest and helmet. He used a rifle and a pistol during the attack. Fortunately, the attacker was overpowered after the police arrived.
On the same day, in the evening hours, the police also found a dead woman in Skui, in the commune of Bærum. According to the assumptions of the police and preliminary findings - both events are related.

At the moment, the police have just started investigating this matter and we will not know the perpetrator's motive yet. What is important, however, is that the Norwegian Security Service (PST) has indicated "follow the event". "So far, it is too early to draw any conclusions," commented for NRK, PST spokesman Martin Bernsen.

 Another criminal incident that will leave a big mark on the sense of freedom that the Norwegians have undoubtedly always enjoyed. It's hard to accept the fact that in a country considered to be one of the most peaceful, we can no longer feel completely safe.
