Let's look at the past for a moment. The decision to introduce martial law was approved on December 5, 1981 by the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party. People staying there at that time were detained and the communication and printing devices found were secured. Armored and mechanized units entered many cities in Poland.
