POLISH BORDERS
There is border traffic in Poland within the internal borders of the European Union. This means you can travel and cross internal EU borders. Travelers have the right to freely enter, exit and transit through the territory of the Republic of Poland. When planning a trip abroad, you should take into account the restrictions in force in the neighboring country.
The restriction applies to the crossing of the external EU border by foreigners.

Important! There is currently no air traffic ban.
INTERNATIONAL RAIL TRAFFIC
Currently, international rail traffic operates within the internal borders of the European Union.
The restriction applies to travel by international trains outside the EU's external borders.
COVERING THE MOUTH AND NOSE IN PUBLIC PLACES
Covering your mouth and nose in public places is mandatory throughout the country.
The mouth and nose must be covered, for example:
- on the street, on roads and squares, in cemeteries, promenades, boulevards, parking places for vehicles, forest parking lots,
- in a bus, tram and train, shop, shopping mall, bank, market and post office,
- in the workplace, if there is more than 1 person in the room. The introduction of this rule depends on the decision of the employer,
- as well as in the workplace during direct customer / client service,
- in the cinema and theater,
- at the doctor's, at the clinic, in the hospital, at the massage and tattoo parlor,
- in the church and school, at the university
- in the office (if you go to run errands there) and other public buildings.
Where do you not need to cover your mouth and nose? In the forest, park, greenery, botanical gardens, historic gardens, in family allotment gardens and on the beach, and when traveling by private car, at the workplace to eat.

Important! Only persons with a medical certificate or a document confirming:
- pervasive development disorders,
- mental disorders,
- moderate, severe or severe intellectual disability,
- difficulty uncovering or covering your mouth or nose on your own.

Work is underway to clarify the obligation to cover the nose and mouth in public space - confirmed the Minister of Health. His words show that, as announced by the Prime Minister's COVID-19 advisor, Prof. Andrzej Horban, helmets, scarves and scarves will disappear from the list of acceptable methods of covering the face. There will be a requirement to use masks, albeit in a milder form than more and more often in Europe.
