There will be changes throughout the country, systematically, from May 1. What exactly will change and on what date? We present detailed data.
Defrosting the economy - "We can be optimistic about the future"!
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said during the conference that the current data were very promising. Of course, we still have to be careful - taking care of ourselves, our relatives and other people, but loosening the restrictions becomes a fact. What and when will it be open?
From May 1:
- hairdressing and beauty salons will be opened throughout the country;
- it will be possible to cultivate sports in sports facilities outdoors, limited to 50 people;
- it will be possible to cultivate sports in indoor sports facilities and at swimming pools for organized groups of children and teenagers. The limit is 50 percent. facility occupancy.
From May 4:
- art galleries and a museum are opened, with a limit of 1 person per 15 square meters and in a strict sanitary regime;
- large-scale stores are opened construction and furniture as well as shopping malls with a limit of 1 person per 15 square meters and in accordance with the sanitary regime;
- in religious services and churches the limit of 1 person per 15 square meters will apply. However, the government recommends that ceremonies be held outdoors;
- full-time education will apply for grades 1-3 of primary school. It is recommended to ventilate the rooms during each break and disinfect schools at weekends.
From May 8:
- hotels are opened, within the limit of 50 percent occupancy of the facility. However, hotel restaurants and the wellness & spa zone remain closed.
From May 15:
- the obligation to wear masks in the open air will be abolished all over Poland (if the infection rate per 100 people drops below 15. It will be necessary to wear masks indoors all the time;
- restaurants will be opened - these facilities will be required to keep the distance between the tables and the limit of people at the table;
- cinemas and open-air theaters will be opened;
- it will be possible to organize special events (weddings, communions) outside in a limit of up to 25 people and in the same regime as for external gastronomy;
- hybrid education is introduced for grades 4-8 of primary schools and grades 1-4 of secondary schools;
- it will be possible to play sports in outdoor sports facilities with a maximum share of 25%. the audience.
From May 29:
- internal gastronomy will be opened - with a maximum occupancy of 50 percent. the premises, with the distance between the tables and the limit of people per table;
- occasional events can also be organized indoors, e.g. in rooms with a limit of up to 50 people and a strict sanitary regime, the same as for internal gastronomy.
- cinemas and theaters with a maximum occupancy of 50 percent will also be opened. places;
- sports facilities and swimming pools will be opened for everyone, with a maximum occupancy of up to 50 percent. (together with the audience);
- gyms, fitness clubs and solariums will be opened with a limit of 1 person per 15 square meters;
- primary and secondary schools will begin to operate in full-time mode for all students.
