There will be no strike - the parties have reached an agreement after almost 17 hours of mediation

- I am glad that we have reached an agreement with both LO, academics, Unio and YS on the settlement of wages in the state. This way, we avoided strikes, says Nikolai Astrup, Minister for Local Self-Government and Modernization.

50 percent of the pool will be distributed based on local negotiation
