The mobile application "Pole abroad" is the successor to the very well-received "iPolak", which was established in 2011. It is a mobile version of the "information for travelers" on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was originally published in the form of a guidebook from 1996. It was extended with a contact list and a map with the locations of Polish institutions. Work on its implementation lasted nearly 3 years. Users can choose from a version for two operating systems Android and iOS. The application can be downloaded from the AppStore and Google Play. It is an excellent information tool for everyone planning a vacation, going on a business trip or visiting family living outside the Republic of Poland. The importance of the application in the time of a pandemic has increased even more due to the dynamically changing conditions of entry and stay in individual countries and in connection with the Internet users' search for precise and reliable information in the context of travel.

A Pole abroad is a travel necessity. He will tell you what to do in case of trouble during your trip, or how to ensure your own safety in different parts of the world.
It contains descriptions of the situation in individual countries, including basic information on customs, culture and convenient ways of traveling, updated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
