Police reveal the name of a 20-year-old who was shot and killed in Mortensrud in Oslo on Thursday 7 October. He died from his injuries the next day.

The deceased was Hamse Hashi Adan, Oslo police said in consultation with the family. No one has been arrested in this case yet.

Adan was shot in front of the Lofsrud school in Mortensrud. Witnesses said they heard several shots. Several young people were at the school when the incident took place, the police will ask witnesses to come forward in order to possibly identify the perpetrator.
