A wanted Pole arrested in Bergen

A man wanted in the international arena by Poland for avoiding serving two sentences was transferred to a detention center in Bergen.

- This applies to an international request from Poland. He has got a sentence to be served in two sentences. One is about pimping and the other is about drugs, he says Bergens Tidende.

A man in his forties was sentenced to five years in prison for pimping and two years and three months for a serious drug offense in Poland.

The arrest took place on Saturday evening. He worked in Bergen and was not charged with any crime in Norway.
