Oslo will introduce mass testing in schools next week
Oslo municipality will begin mass student testing next week, city councilor Raymond Johansen informs VG.
- Now we will have regular mass testing of students in schools. We hope to introduce it next week, says Johansen (Labor).
He says that currently in Oslo mainly affects people aged 0 to 19.
- We have experience from this fall that mass testing is by far the most effective tool. This is the target audience. This way we'll be able to stop the infection, he says.
The City Council says the details are in full swing, but more information will be released before they go live.
