According to the Norwegian Public Roads Authority, "Ingunn" will be replaced by new, demanding weather and unpredictable road conditions in large parts of the country on Friday and Saturday.
Roads and passes may be closed

High risk of landslides and road closures - get information before traveling
The same storm affects Rogaland, Vestland, Møre and Romsdal, Trøndelag, Nordland and southern Troms. Several roads are already closed and there may be more.
– There will be local differences, says Nils Karbø, director of traffic management and preparedness at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, but in much of the country the road situation will be unpredictable for the next two days as well. We have hired additional crew, but due to the high risk of landslides and the imminent threat of large landslides, we cannot promise open roads.
– We are monitoring the situation closely, says Karbø and insists: Check both before traveling website vegvesen.no/trafikk And varsom.no . You can also stop along the way and check again if you're driving far, says Karbø.
The weather will calm down only at the end of the weekend
On Sunday, the rain and wind will weaken, it will be cooler, but the risk of landslides on the road is still high. The Swedish Roads Authority encourages road users to consider their need to travel and always check traffic reports before traveling vegvesen.no/trafikk . Information about road closures and current traffic information is available at all times.
