In connection with two criminal cases in Troms, both the construction / construction services company and the workshop services company were convicted. A district court has ruled for carrying out illegal activities without paying taxes that would benefit the community.

Fines ranging from 10 to 000 kroner were imposed on 60 customers. That's all for violation of the Penal Code § 380 as gross tax negligence. One client was sentenced to 90 days in prison, both conditional and unconditional. The fines and prison sentence have been imposed and are final.
The main actors were sentenced in the district court this summer and last summer, the sentences are final. The main player in construction services was sentenced to 2 years and 3 months imprisonment and confiscation of NOK 1. The main player in workshop services was sentenced to 642 months in prison and confiscated NOK 082.
