The importance of colors in our lives

Colors, hues, color therapy, clothes colors, wall colors, does all this have any meaning in everyday life? The answer is yes. Very often we do not realize how much influence the colors around us have on us. Some of them have an overwhelming effect on us, others mobilize us, and others have a calming effect.

What colors to choose?

We all want our well-being to be as good as possible. We don't like to feel overwhelmed. So if the appropriately selected color of the wall or our clothes is to help us somehow, it is good to know what color is what causes it.

White color - is associated with purity, elegance and even sterility. His actions are to relax and cool emotions. Perfect for people who are dynamic and very creative.

Black color - this color has two faces, sad and mobilizing. It is associated with death, mourning, sadness, but people who are independent and confident in making decisions should surround themselves in it because it promotes concentration and has a calming effect.

Red color - the color of love. It stimulates us and increases blood pressure. It is argued that red in harsh colors should not be used on bedroom walls because then it is difficult to rest.

Blue color - it is the color of water, sky. It is associated with calmness, it has anti-stress properties. Perfect for people who are mentally exhausted.

Yellow - a warm color that stimulates, motivates and mobilizes to action. It is a very bold color, so it is not recommended for people who cannot accept criticism.

Violet-violet is a color that soothes, but at the same time stimulates our artistic abilities. If you suffer from insomnia, your bedroom should be purple because it prevents it.

Green color - the color of grass, forest. It soothes our stress levels and has a relaxing and relaxing effect, but staying in this color for a long time is conducive to passivity.

Color therapy - color treatment

We already know that colors affect our well-being, but they also have medical use. The origins of chromotherapy, as it can also be called, date back to ancient times. It involves exposing a person's sense of sight to an appropriate color. Therapy is supposed to calm, relax or stimulate. However, it is worth mentioning that color therapy only supports conventional treatment, but does not replace it.
