Your digital health service experience will now be mapped with the help of a survey.

A new portal for digital health services

The background for the distribution of the Citizens' Survey is that health services in central Norway use a new portal called HelsaMi. The new digital health services portal will be available to residents of Trøndelag in 2022 and Møre og Romsdal in 2023. Here, patients and users will have access to their own health information and the ability to communicate with health services.

Improving health services

The purpose of the population survey is to get a comprehensive picture of how patients and users experience current healthcare based on their own experiences. The survey will ask about everything from the degree of dissatisfaction or satisfaction with the health services. You will find questions about accessing your own health information, for easy contact with health services. Participation in the survey is voluntary, but the municipal and specialist health service encourages all those invited to complete the survey.

The answers are important for health services to be improved. They will undoubtedly be a useful contribution to be able to offer patients and users the best possible health services for the future.

The respondents who will receive an invitation to complete the survey are selected from the population register. They are residents of municipalities that will introduce the Health Platform or from an area in central Norway. Anyone who receives the survey can take part in it, no matter how much contact with the health service. Both the personal experiences and the experiences of loved ones are essential and important. The survey itself is conducted as an online survey, therefore respondents will receive an invitation via HelseNorge or a digital mailbox.

The study is being conducted by Health Central Norway in collaboration with the municipality of Trondheim.

Privacy assured

The survey is anonymous, so all personal data are treated as confidential. The survey itself takes about five minutes, and everyone who takes part in it is entered into a drawing for a tablet values up to 5000 crowns.
